What the official server data confirms
The same Roblox record reports maxPlayers: 6. That means a normal server has capacity for up to six players. The official game description also calls Karinderya a co-op restaurant simulator, so playing with other people is an intended part of the experience even though a player-created VIP room is unavailable.
The six-player figure is a server cap, not a promise about parties, reserved slots, restaurant ownership, shared cash, or task permissions. Roblox’s public metadata does not describe those systems.
What “private servers unavailable” means
When VIP creation is disabled, you should not expect a standard Roblox private-server purchase or creation option on the experience page.
